Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating)

Excessive sweating is caused by overactive sweat glands and is a medical condition known as
hyperhydrosis.

Botox is now also used to treat excessive sweating which has not responded to topical treatments with antiperspirants.

A series of tiny injections are given to treat the sweat glands in the armpits to treat the symptoms of underarm sweating. It works by blocking nerve impulses to sweat glands and so stops the production of sweat.

The procedure itself is quick and gives dramatic results with many patients reporting no sweating at all following treatment. This can be life changing. Treatments last approximately 6 months.

Clinic Locations in Ascot, Surrey, London and Newcastle.
